A downtown Wilmington favorite since 2015, Bespoke was thoughtfully reimagined in 2025 by North Carolina native Robby Dow, former beverage director of Brooklyn’s acclaimed Grand Army Bar and creator of the beverage program at Wilmington’s Olivero. Today, Bespoke is an all-day café and cocktail bar where world-class espresso meets an Italian-inspired aperitivo program, complemented by fresh morning pastries and thoughtfully curated evening snacks.
